1 、Appearance inspection: warpage, deformation, cracks, scratches, bruises, unevenness and surface roughness are not allowed to meet the requirements.
2、Material inspection: the thickness of the material conforms to the national standard.
3、size and tolerance inspection: the size and tolerance of the parts meet the requirements of the drawings.
4、 thread, hole inspection: using the tooth gauge, plug gauge inspection or screw inspection, the bottom hole of the thread is not greater than the standard bottom hole of 0.1mm.
5、 the inspection of the parts should be fully in place to prevent the flow of bad products, causing unnecessary losses to the company.
