On August 15, 2023, the Zhangqiu District Fusion Media and the small press group group visited our factory, and the whole process of digitalization as well as automated production was fully explained by our company, such as Mr. Song.
The factory is built on a large scale with cutting-edge equipment and innovative technology. The small press group first visited the sheet metal workshop, where advanced machinery and robotic equipment are busy running through the production line with high efficiency and precision. Computer numerical control (CNC) machines equipped with laser cutting and bending functions can quickly and accurately shape sheet metal, allowing the creation of complex designs to meet different customer specifications. These state-of-the-art machines are operated by skilled technicians who oversee the production line to ensure seamless operation.
In the stamping workshop, more precise equipment, efficient production speed, more attractive to the eyes of the press corps, the press corps through the professional explanation also understand the basic operation process of stamping and the use of products.
The press corps also visited our injection molding workshop, machining workshop, welding workshop, plastic spraying workshop, assembly workshop and electric assembly workshop. Through this visit, the young reporters not only understood the development trend of modernized production, but also deeply felt the hard work and serious and efficient working attitude of the workers in the workshop, who not only have rich professional knowledge and operating skills, but also keep strict requirements on quality at all times, and their efforts lay a solid foundation for the development of the enterprise.
